Roof care and maintenance
Factory Direct Roofing, LLC recommends that every commercial roof owner or manager have a roof care and maintenance plan. Most roof warranties require some form of a maintenance plan. Proper roof care and maintenance help owners and managers plan for roof costs, not be shocked by sudden expensive roof repairs, avoid disruptive emergencies, and will likely extend the roof’s service life.

Preferred Customer Plan
If you are not ready to commit to a full-service plan, we offer our unique “Preferred Customer Plan.” This plan is a non-binding agreement that should there be an emergency. When we get rain in Arizona, we will put your commercial roof needs at the top of the list. This agreement ensures that we will take your call and act urgently.

Annual Roof Inspections
If you know already that you need more than our “Preferred Customer Agreement.” We offer a low-cost annual roof inspection. If you have yet to learn this, our company was founded by a roof consultant and roof coatings technician. Our roof inspections are conducted in the same way any roof inspector or consultant would do them. We will let you know the current conditions and what to expect and make any recommendations we believe are best for your current roof conditions. In addition to a low-cost inspection, you will receive a 10% discount on any repairs required to keep your roof in good servicing.

Full-Service Roof Care and Maintenance
A full-service plan is our top recommendation for your best roof care and maintenance. Factory Direct Roofing, LLC will customize your plan to suit your needs. And yes, this does cost more than the other two plans. The first is free, and the second is low-cost with discounted repair fees. This one covers all that; you still get the discounted repairs fees and much more. We hope that eventually, if not right now. We will earn your business and trust enough to convince you to follow this best plan.
