We don’t skip a single step.

Our first step is to assess the roof’s condition and provide our clients with an honest assessment. Some roofs are ready for restoration; others can still be maintained for a few more years. We will let you know and support our findings with a multi-page assessment and photographic documentation. The same type, or even better, than what you would pay a roof consultant to do.
Suppose we are hired to restore a roof and extend its service life. Our administration team will onboard the new project and complete the paperwork. Provide a w9 and certificate of insurance. Our production team will schedule the project and provide our client with our proposed work schedule. Working with our client to ensure we are as least disruptive to the occupants as we can be within reason.
Our production team will meet with our client team for a pre-job meeting. To walk the site and the roof and discuss how our client would like us to proceed. What unique things do we need to know about the project? And to observe and document the conditions of the site. And the roof before the commencement of the roof restoration work.
We will always power wash at a psi of 3500, ensuring that the roof is clean and ready to receive our liquid-applied roof and restoration system materials. Repairs are made, penetrations are sealed, and the roof is correctly prepped before applying any coating materials. We will also be on the lookout for discovered water intrusions, proper drainage, and any areas of standing water. Our foreman will take any corrective actions as needed.

Once the roof is prepped, we will apply a primer or base coat using our coatings spray equipment and according to our standards of workmanship. Apply reinforcing polyester fabric as needed or across the entire roof if called for on the contract. We are providing extra strength where it is most needed. We always imbed our reinforcement fabrics in the base or primer coat. We are ensuring a better final product.
After the primer or base coat has cured according to the manufacturer’s requirements, our applicators will apply the appropriate amount of top coating per the manufacturer’s requirements and our strict workmanship standards.
Once the roof has cured, we pay the manufacturer and fee from our profits to inspect the roof. A manufacturer’s representative inspects every roof we do. This is a warranty requirement and gives us additional third-party accountability.
On acceptance of the roof by the manufacturer, we provide our clients with all their warranty documents. And an ongoing roof care and maintenance plan.
