How to restore a Metal Roof System roof system
As you might imagine, restoring a metal roof system is slightly different from restoring other roof materials. There is some extra labor involved, but well worth it, in the end, to ensure that your newly restored roof will continue to provide service for decades to come.
Our expert team will clean the roof and wire brush away any rusted areas. Make repairs and seal up joints, laps, and holes. We are using a specially formulated gel and reinforcing fabric.
Now that the roof is prepped. It’s time to power wash the roof. Using no less than 3500 psi as per the manufacturer’s requirements. Ensure that the existing roof is clean and ready for applying materials. If the roof is not clean, the coatings will not properly adhere, leading to many problems.
Once the roof is prepared, and the roof is thoroughly washed. We will apply the same unique formulation gel around the screws and reinforce it with a polyester fabric. Then our skilled and trained applicators will apply a clear coat base or a black base if there is much rust on the roof. Giving us the substrate, we need to apply the topcoat properly.
And finally, our last step is applying the top coat. All the work to this point is to create a substate that will make our topcoat not only beautiful. But to provide the best adhesion possible, ensure that the roof restoration will provide decades of reliable service.

The benefits of a restored Metal Roof System
Our top coat is a reflective material, reflecting light from the sun away from the roof. That heat makes its way to the interior of the building and must be removed. Our top coating materials reflect most of the light away from the roof. That heat is not absorbed into the interior of the building. It must be removed and save the owner or the occupant money on their air conditioning bill.
Arizona needs a sound air conditioning system because it gets scorching here. The more heat the air conditioning system must remove. The more wear and tear there will be on your Air conditioner and the means it will break down sooner. By helping keep the heat out of the building, the air conditioner must work less. And by happy happenstance saves you or the occupant the cost of replacing the air conditioner system before its time.
