Executive officers get certified as Mental Health First Aid Providers.

As of 12/28/2022, two officers of Factory Direct Roofing, LLC have taken steps to become certified mental health first aid providers. Henry Staggs, CEO, and Nicole Bruno, Business Development Director. Both have previous experience in providing mental health aid in the past. Henry is the hospital chaplain, and Nicole is a social worker.

The construction industry has the highest rates of suicide and substance abuse: Factory Direct Roofing and its officers. We are working to help be part of the change for good in our industry. We have taken this extra step to be of service to our people. And to anyone else, we encounter in our industry.
