Lots of communication throughout the project
Our team documents every step of the project. And you will receive a day-to-day progress report every day our team is on the job. This report documents the work done that day, any surprises that may have popped up, and other vital facts, such as the weather that day, a visitor to the roof, and more. You get a copy of the report, and we save a copy of the report in your client folder. When we are finished with your job, that folder is saved to a password-protected page on our site. Anytime you need a file, anyone in our leadership team can assess that folder and send whatever information you need.
